Red Eye RelayIndiana University Outdoor TrackRunningjmcclaine
The Red Eye is an all-night relay running event that starts and finishes on the Indiana University Outdoor Track Stadium. You choose your team size (2-7 runners) to complete the 100 mile course. Start when you decide on Saturday afternoon in order to finish Sunday morning between 6:00 and 9:00 am. What happens in-between is anyone’s guess but be sure there will be heat, hills and humidity in southern Indiana in July. Can you do it all night?

Bi-weekly, three- to four-mile noncompetitive trail run/walk/amble across the worst terrain imaginable in and around Monroe County. A ceremony follows the end of every trail, including songs, rituals, other silliness. Over 21s only, please: adult beverages available before, during and after trail (it's not called the "drinking club with a running problem" for nothing). All fitness levels invited--we have all paces represented, from walkers to ultramarathoners. Trail starts at 4 p.m., ends ~ 6 p.m.(?).
